Starting this weekend, Derek took the initiative to take away all of Saffron's Nuks, which is something I have wanted to do for quite sometime, just never had the heart to see it through. Well we have been going strong with the "No Nuk" policy since Friday. She does ask for it on occasion, especially at nap/night times. Over the weekend Saffron developed a small cold, and her comfort, her Nuks, she was not able to have.....so hard to tell her no. Makes me sad, but you must remain strong in situations like that, or she will never break the habit. Between the cold, and the little sleep she got last night, I thought I could wash out the humidifier before her nap, needless to say, she beat me to it....
